Half-day Rental (up to 4 hours)  $75 Non-profit Rate.  $150 Business Rate.

Trillium House Lobby / Great Room

Welcome to the Trillium House Lobby / Great Room, the comfortable gathering space at The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen. This inviting room is a lovely place to relax by the stone fireplace, visit with friends, or host a small get-together.

Located just beside the Dunlop Room, it also works well as a quiet spot for conversation or as overflow space during events. The room comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests and provides a cozy, welcoming setting for your next gathering.

Welcome to the Dunlop Room

The Dunlop Room is a bright, flexible space perfect for gatherings of many kinds, from panel discussions and lectures to workshops and small seminars. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer views of our native plant garden and the golf course, creating a comfortable setting for learning and conversation.

Nearby break-out and registration areas make it easy to move between activities. The room accommodates up to 40 guests in a classroom-style setup and up to 65 for lectures or social events. The Dunlop Room offers a welcoming and comfortable setting for your next event.

Wakeham Room

Suitable for workshops or small gatherings. The space has large windows for natural light with access to our gardens. Accommodates a group of 10-15 people.

Nelson Room

Our Exhibit Hall, can be configured to meet your needs. It is suitable for small meetings or workshops, and can accommodate 6-18 people.
