DESCRIPTION:Join Amelia L. Williams\, poet\, eco-artist\, and mindfulness practitioner for a morning contemplative walk and nature-inspired creativity. Experience the intersection of three awareness practices: mindfulness\, walking\, and creative expression. The focus of this walk will be to awaken the five senses. We will walk\, sit\, draw\, and write. You can use the prepared writing and drawing prompts or follow your muse.  No writing or drawing/art experience is necessary. For adults and teens willing to walk in mindful silence. We’ll open and close with a discussion circle. Bring a light snack\, water bottle\, pen and small notebook and/or drawing pad and colored pencils. Dress for the weather.  Payment is due at the time of registration.
